Key information about deliveries of online orders


Deliveries by Couriers

Our courier partners usually deliver between 8am and 6pm.

Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.

Mistakes cannot be rectified unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery.

A responsible person must be available at your nominated delivery address.

Our courier will attempt to deliver once. After this, it is the customer's responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from their local depot.

3-5 Day Service
At the moment, our deliveries are submitted to the courier to arrive with 3-5 business days throughout the UK and Europe. We cannot, however, accept any responsibility for late deliveries that fall outside of this expected timescale.


Out of Stock Situations
We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible. This does not breach your rights to cancel the order for a full refund if required, in line with our terms and conditions. 


Delivery Times
We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier, though we do typically suggest a 2 hour window for delivery. 
 
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses.
